Overview

This policy explains how MOHD SHADAB ALAM handles your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025.

What we collect

Your mobile number (for OTP login), an optional name and profile photo, the selfies you upload for a pack, the images we generate for you, payment records from Razorpay / Google Play (never card or UPI details), and basic device and usage data to keep the service secure.

How we use it

Only to log you in, create your images, show your creations, process payments, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations and support you. We do not sell your data and we do not use your selfies to train AI models.

Service providers

Google Cloud (Vertex AI for image generation, Cloud Run, storage — servers in India where available), Firebase Authentication (OTP login), Razorpay and Google Play (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting).

Retention

Selfies are deleted automatically within 30 days. Generated images stay in your account until you delete them or your account. Records needed by law (payments, reports, takedowns) are kept for the legally required period.

Your rights

You can access, correct or erase your data. In the app use Profile → Delete account & data, or write to support@tysai.app.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, stored in access-controlled Google Cloud storage, and location (GPS) data is removed from every uploaded photo.

Children

TYS is only for users 18 and above. We do not knowingly process children’s data.
